Lucy is heading home soon after 3 weeks with us and she has done so well. She came here a wound up, reactive girl who didn't quite know how to be calm or trust her humans to handle things for her. Her sister and her would bark like mad at the door, weren't fun in the car, and she was so wound up in public. Fast forward to today... She's walking beautifully on and off leash, great recall, super impulse control at doorways and with other temptations (food, cats, etc), rides very calmly in the car, and actually lays down all on her own out in public. Oh and holds place with door knocking, doorbell, and her sister barking at it :) We're so happy she can actually relax now, and look forward to continued improvement from miss Lucy.
